I was very apprehensive about buying crib bedding online but when it arrived it was perfect! There is way more of the dusty pink color than pictured especially on the crib bumper. The lavender color is more of a silvery purple and is perfect for not making babies nursery look like a giant grape. The colors are beautiful and everything seems well made. The only concern I have is the floral appliques on the quilt. They seem well attached but will definitely be washing on gentle and fluff or air drying.**Update**My initial rating was 5 stars but after a few months and a couple washes later I have noticed that the quilt is starting to fall apart. I have only washed it on delicate and air dried the quilt but despite following the care directions to the T it would seem as though the only way to preserve it to have it dry cleaned. As everyone knows having to dry clean a child's quilt after every spill, leak, accident or sickness is in no way practical unless you own a dry cleaners. I wanted to love this bedding and in the beginning I did. Now I am so scared to wash it that we don't even use it :(
